Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted.
Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard transit time is typically 5–8 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery window is 8–13 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the email address used during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order begins processing.
Delays, Lost Packages, and Damage
Carrier delays may occasionally occur. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist.
